Employees were very responsive!!!
The room was fine and nicely decorated with nice bathroom & lovely shower, we got everything needed. Location was fantastic and very central.

It was in an amazing and unbeatable place. Plus restaurants and bars were close to the apartment. Staff was responsive, helped with everything. Though the bed was bad, really enjoyed the location and the stay overall.

Came in Beckenham to explore new places, this apartment was great base for making it happen. Though the whole experience was really great, beds were very uncomfortable. A fridge, a toaster and kitchenware were available, in case you cook.
Tbh, the room was very small.

The hotel was relatively quiet and conveniently located close to everything. I enjoyed being just a short walk away from the train station, bus stops, high street, M & S, as well as bars. My standard double room was comfortable and well-lit. The bathroom was spacious and even had a bathtub.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and nearby amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. I really enjoyed exploring the charming and safe neighborhood of Beckenham.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences throughout my stay, such as a slight odor in the room and the need to purchase my own mugs, they did not significantly detract from my overall satisfaction with the hotel.
